Although the side effects of propionate are

similar to the ones of enanthate and cypionate these, as already mentioned, occur less frequently. However, if there is a predisposition and very high dosages are taken, the known androgenic-linked side effects such as acne vulgaris, accelerated hair loss, and increased growth of body hair and deep voice can occur. An increased libido is common both in men and women with the use of propionate. Despite the high conversion rate of propionate into estrogen gynecomastia is less common than with other testosterones. The same is true for possible water retention since the retention of electrolytes and water is less pronounced. The administration

of testosterone stimulating compounds such as HCG and Clomid can, however, also be advised with propionate use since it has a strong influence on the hypothalamohypophysial testicular axis, suppressing the endogenous hormone production. The toxic influence on the liver is minimal so that a liver damage is unlikely (see also Testosterone Enanthate).

In bodybuilding and powerlifting Omnadren is exclusively used to build up strength and mass. The term "mass buildup" can be taken quite literally by the reader since the gain is not always the way expected by its user. In most athletes Omnadren leads to quite a

rapid and pronounced increase in body weight, which usually goes hand in hand with a strong water retention. This results in watery and puffy muscles. Those who take "Omna" can often be recognized by this extreme water retention. The often-used term in Europe, "Omna skull," does not come from nowhere but because a fast and well-visible water retention occurs also in the face which is noticeable on checks, on the front of the face, and under the eyes. Some mockingly also talk about a hydrocephalus... The pronounced androgenic component of Omnadren goes hand in hand with a high anabolic effect which manifests itself in a high strength

gain characterized by a liquid accumulation in the joints, an increased pump effect, increased appetite, and a possible improved regeneration of the athlete.

Although this drug requires frequent injections, it will pass through a needle as fine as a 27 gague insulin. This allows users to hit smaller muscles such as delts for injections. Although this drug is very effective for building muscle mass, its side effects are also very extreme. The testosterone in this compound will convert to estrogen very quickly, and has a reputation of being the worst testosterone to use when wishing to avoid water bloat. Gynocomastia

is also seen very quickly with this drug, and quite often cannot be used without an anti-estrogen. Blood pressure and kidney functions should also be looked at during heavy use. Suspension is not a common drug outside the U.S. and Canada, so with the disappearing "real" American versions, availability has become very scarce. There are currently many fakes being circulated, with real products seen only rarely. Since this is a water based injectable, I would be very wary of using a counterfeit. It is more likely bacteria would be a problem with water based products and if the fake was not made to laboratory standards (most

are not) your health could be at risk.

Many bodybuilders ask if Dianabol can be taken alone. The answer is yes, but, truly great and fast results are best achieved when stacked with deca or sustanon.

The most common complaint with Trenbolone is that it can reduce aerobic capacity possibly due to bronchial dilation from increased prostaglandin formation. However at least in most users, since the blood levels of Trenbolone Enanthate won¡¯t spike as rapidly or peak to as high of a level as quickly as we see with the Acetate version- this effect is not as pronounced with the Enanthate version. Clomid is in fact useful throughout a cycle if aromatizable drugs are being used. I do think however that to be conservative, one should use it no more than 2/3 of the time throughout the year or a little less.

Oral Turanabol has a predominantly anabolic effect which is combined with a relatively low androgenic component. On a scale of 1 to 100 the androgenic effect is very low only a 6- and the anabolic effect is 53. (In comparison: the androgenic effect of Dianabol is

45 and its anabolic effect is 90.) Oral-Turinabol thus has milligram for milligram a lower effect than Dianabol. It is therefore not a steroid that causes a rapid gain in strength, weight, and muscle mass. Overheating - There is no upper limit to DNP's body temperature increase, meaning that one may literally "cook from the inside" if they take too much. Dosage considerations will be given later, but even an overdose of 4-6 times the recommended dosage may be lethal. Much smaller overdoses may result in damage to the brain and/or other body systems.

Testosterone, once in the body, can be converted to both estrogen (via a process known as aromatization) as well as DHT. Estrogen is the main culprit for many side

effects such as gyno, water retention, etc...while DHT is often blamed for hair loss and prostate enlargement. Naturally there are ways to combat this, such as using an anti-estrogenic compound along with testosterone, or even an estrogen blocker. DHT can be combated (on the scalp, to prevent hair loss) with compounds such as Ketoconazole shampoo (sold under the trade name Nizoral) as well as Finasteride (sold as Proscar in the 5mg version and as Propecia as 1mg tablets). Interestingly, this shampoo can also be used topically to combat acne on the face (or even the back if you´re really flexible). Both of these methods for

preventing hair loss and acne are reasonably effective. However, if you are not prone to hair loss, they may be wholly unnecessary. Male Pattern Baldness (MPB) is carried by the X chromosome, so if your mother´s family boasts men with full heads of hair, then you are probably safe (unless those full heads of hair are all mullets). Naturally, as with most other steroids, your lipid profile is going to suffer a bit while on testosterone as is your blood pressure. This, of course is nothing that can´t be controlled by watching your diet and doing your cardio, at least for the duration of the typical cycle (which for

arguments sake, I´ll assume is +/- 12 weeks). Lets be totally honest, here, even a modest amount of exercise will improve your blood pressure and lipid profile (10), and if you aren´t exercising, then why are you taking steroids?

Anastrozole (Arimidex)

Any variation of that is definitely counterfeit. A running dosage of test cypionate is generally in the range of 200-600mg per week. When this was available for $20 per10ml bottle, many users would take a whopping 2000mg per week. This kind of dosage however, is unsafe, generally not needed and in today's day and age too costly.

This product

should provide less of the watery "bloated look" that an equal amount of (for example) testosterone cypionate would give, but more than you´d get with testosterone propionate. This makes it a possible choice for use in either a bulking or cutting cycle, or the ever popular "lean mass" cycle we´re seeing lately, on Steroid.com. Of course, the usual side effects experienced with any testosterone use would be expected with this product: Acne, water-retention, gyno, etc& And so would all of the positive effects we use testosterone for: muscle Gain, fat loss, strength gain, etc&

Anabolic Rating:

The side effects of Durabolin are few. Water retention, high blood pressure, an el-evated estrogen level, and virilization symptoms occur less often with Durabolin than with Deca-Durabolin. Female athletes therefore take Durabolin in weekly intervals since, due to its short duration of effect, no undesirable concentration of androgen takes place. They achieve good results with 50 mg Durabolin/week, 50 mg Testosterone Propionate every 8 -10 days, and 8-10 mg Winstrol/day, or 10 mg Oxandrolone/day. Three to four day intervals between the relative injections are to be observed. Durabolin is one of the safest non-toxic

steroids offering satisfactory results. Durabolin has no negative effect on the liver function so it can even be taken in cases of liver disease. Side effects occur only in rare cases and in persons who are extremely sensitive. Virilization symptoms in women such as huskiness, deep voice, hirsutism, acne, and increased libido are possible but occur only rarely if reasonable dosages are taken at reasonable intervals. Men usually experience no symptoms with Durabolin. Since the release of gonadotropins in the hypophysis is inhibited, there is a chance that the body's own testosterone production in a male athlete will be lower when

the compound is taken over a prolonged time and in excessive doses.

Testosterone is also a relatively safe steroid to use, with some studies showing no adverse effects from 20weeks at 600mgs/week! (3)Personally, I have used up to 2 grams per week of various testosterones but now I prefer to keep my dose of it around ˝ a gram.

Water Retention: Yes, high

Testosterone is a powerful hormone with notably prominent side effects. Much of which stem from the fact that Testosterone exhibits a high tendency to convert into estrogen. Related side effects of Testosterone

enanthate may therefore become a problem during a cycle. For starters, water retention can become quite noticeable side effect of Testosterone enanthate. This can produce a clear loss of muscle definition, as subcutaneous fluids begin to build. Being a Testosterone product, all the standard androgenic side effects are also to be expected. Side effects of Testosterone enanthate are oily skin, acne, aggressiveness, facial/body hair growth and male pattern baldness are all possible. Older or more sensitive individuals might therefore choose to avoid Testosterone products, and look toward milder anabolics like Deca Durabolin® or Equipoise®

which produce fewer side effects. Others may opt to add to Testosterone enanthate the drug Proscar®/Propecia®, which will minimize the conversion of Testosterone into DHT (dihydrotestosterone). With blood levels of this metabolite notably reduced, the impact of related side effects of Testosterone enanthate should also be reduced. With strong bulking drugs however, the user will generally expect to incur strong side effects and will often just tolerate them. Most athletes really do not find the Testosterones all that uncomfortable (especially in the face of the end result), as can be seen with the great popularity

of such compounds.

Proscar dosage

Boldenone undecyclenate is a very popular steroid. Boldenone is only available legally at a veterinarian clinic. Boldenone is a highly anabolic, moderately androgenic steroid. For this very reason, Boldenone is typically taken in a stack with other steroids like Testosterone if you are on a mass cycle or perhaps with Winstrol if you are on a cutting cycle. The main benefit of taking Boldenone (Equipoise) is that Boldenone increases protein synthesis in the muscle cells. This effect of Boldenone is very similar to what you would experience while taking Anavar.

Thus, Bonavar

may even be ideal for use in bridges between cycles (at very low doses under 10mgs perhaps), or as previously mentioned, for cutting/strength cycles at 50-100mgs.

Leo: Testex Leo Prolongatum (ES) - 50 or 125 mg/ml

Abrupt discontinuation of diazepam after prolonged use can cause seizures in susceptible patients. Benzodiazepine withdrawal causes irritability, nervousness, and insomnia. Benzodiazepine withdrawal is more likely to occur following abrupt cessation after excessive or prolonged doses, but it can occur following the discontinuance of therapeutic doses administered for as few as 1-2 weeks. Benzodiazepine

withdrawal is also more severe if the agent involved has a relative shorter duration of action. Abdominal cramps, confusion, depression, perceptual disturbances, sweating, nausea, vomiting, parasthesias, photophobia, hyperacusis, tachycardia, and trembling also occur during benzodiazepine withdrawal, but their incidence is less frequent. Convulsions, hallucinations, delirium, and paranoia also can occur. Benzodiazepines should be withdrawn cautiously and gradually, using a very gradual dosage-tapering schedule. Diazepam is usually chosen as the agent for controlled tapering in all cases of benzodiazepine withdrawal.

As with all nandrolone products, Dinandrol offers a moderate anabolic effect with only mild androgenic or estrogenic side effects (for a more comprehensive discussion, please see the Deca-Durabolin profile). Although designed as a long and steady acting product, bodybuilders are not looking for a nandrolone replacement drug that is injected once a month. With this in mind Dinandrol is most often injected on a weekly basis. The dose, as with regular Deca-Durabolin, would be in the range of 200-600mg per application. If anything, one would only be noticing a difference between Dinandrol

and Deca when first starting a cycle (due to the faster onset of action), and only if they tended to notice the benefits of steroid therapy very quickly. Otherwise the drug will build to pretty significant and "steady-state" levels within a few injections, making it impossible to distinguish from regular Deca-Durabolin. For the bodybuilder it is, therefore, not any type of "must have" steroid to go run out and start searching for, but most certainly is an acceptable option if found at a fair pric.

Insulin is used in a wide variety of ways. Most athletes choose to use it immediately after a workout.

Dosages used are usually 1 IU per 10-20 pounds of lean bodyweight. First-time users should start at a low dosage and gradually work up. For example, first begin with 2 IU and then increase the dosage by 1 IU every consecutive workout. This will allow the athlete to safely determine a dosage. Insulin dosages can vary significantly among athletes and are dependent upon insulin sensitivity and the use of other drugs. Athletes using growth hormone and thyroid will have higher insulin requirements, and therefore, will be able to handle higher dosages.

Equipoise® is the popularly referenced brand name for the veterinary injectable steroid boldenone undecylenate. Specifically it is a derivative of testosterone, which exhibits strong anabolic and moderately androgenic properties. The undecylenate ester greatly extends the activity of the drug (the undecylenate ester is only one carbon atom longer than decanoate), so that clinically injections would need to be repeated every three or four weeks. In veterinary medicine EquipoiseAc is most commonly used on

horses, exhibiting a pronounced effect on lean bodyweight, appetite and general disposition of the animal. This compound is also said to shows a marked ability for increasing red blood cell production, although there should be no confusion that this is an effect characteristic of newly all anabolic/androgenic steroids. The favorable properties of this drug are greatly appreciated by athletes, Equipoise® being a very popular injectable in recent years. It is considered by many to be a stronger, slightly more androgenic Deca-Durabolin®. It is generally cheaper, and could replace Deca in most cycles without greatly changing

the end result.

The athlete will generally take Ephedrine a few times daily during dieting phases of training, at a dosage of 25 to 50mg per application. The widely touted stack of Ephedrine (25-50mg), caffeine (200mg) and aspirin (300mg) is shown to be extremely potent for fat loss. In this combination, Ephedrine and caffeine both act as notable thermogenic stimulants. Increasing the dosages would not prove very efficient. Instead a break of several weeks should be taken, so that Ephedrine stack may once again work at an optimal level.

It is also important to remember that the use of an injectable testosterone

will quickly suppress endogenous testosterone production. It may therefore be good advice to use a testosterone stimulating drug like HCG and/or Clomid/Nolvadex at the conclusion of a cycle. This should help the user avoid a strong "crash" due to hormonal imbalance, which can strip away much of the new muscle mass and strength. This is no doubt the reason why many athletes claim to be very disappointed with the final result of steroid use, as there is often only a slight permanent gain if anabolics are discontinued incorrectly. Of course we cannot expect to retain every pound of new bodyweight after a cycle. This is especially true

whenever we are withdrawing a strong (aromatizing) androgen like testosterone, as a considerable drop in weight (and strength) is to be expected as retained water is excreted. This should not be of much concern; instead the user should focus on ancillary drug therapy so as to preserve the solid mass underneath. Another way athletes have found to lessen the "crash", is to first replace the testosterone with a milder anabolic like Deca-Durabolin. This steroid is administered alone, at a typical dosage (200-400 mg per week), for the following month or two. In this "stepping down" procedure the user is attempting to turn the watery

bulk of a strong testosterone into the more solid muscularity we see with nandrolone preparations. In many instances this practice proves to be very effective. Of course we must remember to still administer ancillary drugs at the conclusion, as endogenous testosterone production will not be rebounding during the Deca Durabolin therapy.

Safety for use in pregnancy and lactation has not been established.

Bonavar was the old U.S. brand name for the oral steroid oxandrolone, that was first produced in 1964 by the drug manufacturer Searle. It was designed as an extremely mild anabolic, that could even be safely used as

a growth stimulant in children. One immediately thinks of the standard worry, "steroids including oxandrolone will stunt growth". But it is actually the excess estrogen produced by most steroids that is the culprit, just as it is the reason why women stop growing Bonavar sooner and have a shorter average stature than men. Bonavar will not aromatize, and therefore the anabolic effect of the Bonavar compound can actually promote linear growth. Women usually tolerate this drug well at low doses, and at one time Bonavar was prescribed for the treatment of osteoporosis. But the atmosphere surrounding steroids began to change rapidly

in the 1980's, and prescriptions for Oxandrolone began to drop. Lagging sales probably led Searle to discontinue manufacture in 1989, and it had vanished from U.S. pharmacies until recently. Oxandrolone tablets are again available inside the U.S. by BTG, bearing the new brand name Oxandrin. BTG purchased rights to Bonavar from Searle and is now manufactured for the new purpose of treating HIV/AIDS related wasting syndrome. Many welcomed this announcement, as Bonavar had gained a very favorable reputation among athletes over the years.

One should take caution if considering using this drug. CytomelŽ comes with an extensive list

For this reason Oxandrolone combines very well with Andriol, since Andriol does not aromatize in a dosage of up to 240 mg daily and has only slight

influence on the hormone production. The daily intake of 280 mg Andriol and 25 mg Oxandrolone results in a good gain in strength and, in steroid novices, also in muscle mass without excessive water retention and without significant influence on testosterone production. As for the dosage of Oxandrolone, 8-12 tablets in men and 5-6 tablets in women seems to bring the best results. Clenbuterol

Theoretically, Restandol (Andriol) should build up muscle and mass, in combination with noticeable water retention, in a fast and reliable way, similar to the tested injectable Testosterone Sustanon and Testoviron Depot.

Unfortunately, this is not the case. Some athletes who work out for a competition store too much water due to their use of the injectable testosterone, resulting in smooth muscles. However, if they still do not want to give up Testo, they should at least not have the estrogen-linked complications caused by taking up to 240 mg Restandol (Andriol)/day and be able to reduce the water retention. In this phase, the estrogen level must be kept as low as possible, otherwise the best diet will be useless. The intake of Restandol (Andriol) makes sense in this case and usually brings acceptable results. Otherwise, Restandol (Andriol) is a

drug better used by hobby-bodybuilders.

Primobol-100 (Methenolone Enanthate) may be taken by both Men and Women. Dosages for men are 100-300 mg/week, Women 1/2 dosage. Primobol-100 (Methenolone Enanthate) is the only steroid that works well on a low calorie diet. Effective for bulking, but tends to harden and add muscle tone more that build big muscles.

Equipoise is also highly effective for contest preparation since it aromatizes very poorly. Muslce hardness and density can be greatly improved when Equipoise is combined with Parabolan (Trenbolone Hexahydrobencylcarbonate),

Trenbolone is similar to the highly popular steroid nandrolone, in that they are both 19-nor steroids, meaning that a testosterone molecule has been altered at the 19th position to give us a new compound.
