We do not want to go this far and call propionate the most effective testosterone ester-, however, in certain applications it is superior

to enanthate, cypionate, and also undecanoate because it has characteristics which the common test-osterones do not have. The main difference between propionate, cypionate, and enanthate is the respective duration of effect. In contrast to the long-acting enanthate and cypionate depot steroids, propionate has a distinctly lower duration of effect. This is another one of the popular ones. Next to Deca and D-bol the third most abused substance among athletes is stanozolol, as documented by the many positive drug tests. Among them the case sprinter Ben Johnson, who was stripped of his Gold Medal in the 100 meter dash

The disadvantage of Restandol (Andriol) is that it becomes effective if taken in high doses. Even if a dose of 200 mg of Restandol (Andriol)/day is taken, the testosterone level in the blood is still too low for a bodybuilder to gain strength and muscle growth. The need for

such a high daily dosage can be explained by its extremely short half-life time since the substance testosterone undecanoate is excreted very quickly by the body through the urine.

Stanol, brand name for stanozolol is one of the most popular steroids. It is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone, much milder in effect except for the androgenic side effects associated with it. It is shown to exhibit a great tendency to produce muscle growth with a milder effect than Dianabol, however as said before the water retention and the androgenic effects are not a concern. Other variations of administration used by female athletes are Deca and Winstrol tablets, as well as Deca and Primobolan's tablets. Since Deca-Durabolin has no negative effects on the liver it can even be used by persons with liver diseases. Exams have shown that a combined application

of Dianabol / Deca increases the liver values which, however, return to normal upon discontinuance of the 17-alpha alkylated Dianabol and continued administration of Deca. Even a treatment period with Deca over several years could not reveal a damage to the liver. For this reason Deca combines well with Andriol (240-280 mg/day) since Andriol is not broken down through the liver and thus the liver function is not influenced either. Older and more cautious steroid users, in particular, like this combination.

factors come into play. Trenbolone greatly increases the level of the extremely anabolic hormone IGF-1 within muscle tissue. And, it´s worth noting that not only does it increase the levels of IGF-1 in muscle over two fold, it also causes muscle satellite cells (cells that repair damaged muscle) to be more sensitive to IGF-1 and other growth factors. The amount of DNA per muscle cell may also be significantly increased.

Foods with a low G.I. produce a slower, smaller but more sustained increase in blood glucose levels. Examples of such low G.I. foods are pasta, varieties of high amylose rice, barley,

instant noodles, oats, heavy grain breads, lentils, and many fruits such as apples and dried apricots. Low G.I foods are advantageous if consumed at least two hours before an event. This gives time for this food to be emptied from the stomach into the small intestine. Since these foods are digested and absorbed slowly from the gastro-intestinal tract, they continue to provide glucose to muscle cells for a longer period of time than moderate or high G.I. foods, particularly towards the end of an event when muscle glycogen stores may be running low. In this way, low G.I. foods can increase a person's exercise endurance

and prolong the time before exhaustion sets in.

Testosterone enanthate is currently the most popular ester of testosterone available to athletes. Unlike cypionate, enanthate is manufactured by various companies all over the world. Ampules of Testoviron from Schering are probably the most popular although many others exist. Enanthate is a long acting testosterone similar to cypionate. Injections are taken once weekly. It remains the number one product for serious growth, every serious bodybuilder took it at least once usualy it is stacked with deca durabolin and dianabol.Testosterone Enanthate has very strong

anabolic effects as well as strong androgenic side effects. Being an injectable testosterone, liver values are generally not elevated much by this product.

Propecia comes as a tablet, containing 1 mg finasteride, to take by mouth.

Primobol is a mild anabolic with extremely low androgenic activity, meaning that there is only a minimal chance of typical steroid side-effects. It does not convert to estrogen and, therefore, estrogen-caused water retention and fat deposition will not occur from using it. Primobol increases the conversion of protein to lean muscle tissue through its anabolic activity.

Because primobol has virtually no androgen (i.e., masculinizing) effects, it can generally be used safely by women.
