Proviron (Mesterolone),

an anabolic steroid, is particularly interesting. I suspect that it not only acts as an antiaromatase but in an unknown DHT-like anti-estrogenic manner. This might involve estrogen receptor downregulation for example. In any case, aromatase inhibition and/or Clomid don’t seem to give the same effect on appearance and muscle hardness as when Proviron is included.

Although Dianabol has many potential side effects, they are rare with a dosage of up to 20 mg/day. Since Dianabol is 17-alpha alkylated it causes a considerable strain on the liver. In high dosages and over a longer period of time, Dianabol is liver-toxic.

Even a dosage of only 10 mg/day can increase the liver values; after discontinuance of the drug, however, the values return to normal. Since Dianabol quickly inereases the body weight due to high water retention, a high blood pressure and a faster heartbeat can occur, sometimes requiring the intake of an antihypertensive drug such as Catapresan. Additive intake of Nolvadex and Proviron might be necessary as well, since Dianabol strongly converts into estrogens and in some athletes causes gynecomastia ("bitch tits") or worsens an already existing condition. Because of the strongly androgenic component and the conversion

into dihydrotestosterone. Dianabol has significant influence on the endogenous testosterone level. Studies have shown that the intake of 20 mg Dianabol/day over 10 days reduces the testosterone level by 30-40% (3). Despite all of these possible symptoms Dianabol instills in most athletes a "sense of well-being anabolic" which improves the mood and appetite and in many users, together with the obtained results, leads to an improved level of consciousness and a higher self confidence.

The substance testosterone undecanoate

contained in Restandol (Andriol), however, is reabsorbed from the intestine through the lymphatic system, thus bypassing the liver and becoming effective. The liver function is not affected by this. Testosterone undecanoate is a fatty acid ester of the natural androgen, testosterone, and in the body is for the most part transformed into dihydrotestosterone, a metabolite of testosterone. For this reason Restandol (Andriol) aromatizes only minimally, meaning that only a very small part of the substance can be converted into estrogen, since the dihydrotestosterone does not aromatize. For those worried about androgenic side-effects (hair loss, prostate hypertrophy, deepening of voice), one can utilize the hair loss treatment finasteride.

This blocks the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme and stops the conversion of testosterone to the more androgenic compound DHT. I'm not a big fan of this, because DHT reduces estrogenic bloat, increases free levels of testosterone and is a very potent androgen that is 3-4 times stronger than testosterone. Those worried about hair loss however, may want to opt for arimidex as their anti-aromatase, since Proviron is a form of DHT after all.

these requirements while lowering possible water retention. This water retention can be tempered by using Nolvadex and Proviron.

This effect is obviously beneficial to the athlete, especially at the conclusion of a steroid cycle when endogenous testosterone levels are subnormal. When an athlete discontinues the use of steroids, his testosterone levels will most likely be suppressed. Enzyme production

As I previously stated, testosterone is a highly anabolic and androgenic hormone, it has an anabolic (muscle building) rating of 100, making it a good drug to use if one is in pursuit of more size and strength. And if you aren´t in pursuit of more size and strength, then why would you be reading this, right? Well, let´s get on with it

and look at exactly what makes testosterone a good mass builder. Firstly, testosterone promotes nitrogen retention in the muscle (2) the more nitrogen the muscles holds the more protein the muscle stores. Testosterone can also increase the levels of another anabolic hormone, IGF-1, in muscle tissue (3). Testosterone also has the amazing ability to increase the activity of satellite cells (4). These cells play a very active role in repairing damaged muscle. Testosterone also binds to the androgen receptor to promote A.R dependant mechanisms for muscle gain and fat loss, (5) it also significantly increases the concentrations

of the A. R in cells critical for muscle repair and growth and A.R in muscle.(4, 6 ). Testosterone induces changes in shape, size and also can change the appearance and the number of muscle fibers (7). Androgens like testosterone can protect your hard earned muscle from the catabolic (muscle wasting) glucocorticoid hormones (8), thus inhibiting the actions of them. In addition, Testosterone has the ability to increase red blood cell production (9), and a higher RBC count may improve endurance via better oxygenated blood. More RBCs can also improve recovery from strenuous physical activity. As you may have suspected, Testosterones´

So why else may you keep such a high proportion of what you gained on ´var? Well, I think it may be due to it´s relatively light impact on the HPTA, which brings me to my final point; Bonavar will not totally shut down your HPTA, especially at lower doses (unlike testosterone, which will eventually do this even at a 100mg dose, or deca which will do it with a single 100mg dose). Clenbuterol,

Clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist, with properties somewhat similar to adrenaline. It acts as a CNS stimulant and users quite commonly report side effects such as shaky hands, insomnia, sweating, increased blood pressure and nausea. These side effects generally subside quickly once the user becomes accustomed to the drug. Athletes find clenbuterol attractive for it's pronounced thermogenic effects as well as mild anabolic properties. Dosage regimes will vary depending

on the desired effect. Clenbuterol generally come is 20mcg tablets, although it is also available in syrup and injectable form. Users will usually tailor their dosage individually, depending on results and side effects, but somewhere in the range of 2-8 tablets per day is most common. For fat loss, clenbuterol seems to stay effective for 3-6 weeks, then it's thermogenic properties seem to subside. This is noticed when the body temperature drops back to normal. The first study I looked at (1) showed that Teslac increases testosterone (by 47%) and it´s precursor androstenedione (70%) levels in the body. In the second study I looked at, it raised testosterone levels in men up to 290ng/dl (almost enough to bring you from 0 test to the lowest end of normal/acceptable range), as well as raising LH (leutenizing hormone) levels, and even FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) levels slightly

(2). So as you can see, not only is this stuff not suppressive of your natural hormones, it actually stimulates your body to produce more testosterone as well as the hormones which produce it.(2) As for it´s ability to halt aromatization, it has been shown to reduce it by 90-95%, with regards to decrease in the overall rate, in some instances (7). In another third study, Aromatase inhibition by testolactone, at a dose of 500 mg twice daily (so a total of 1,000mgs/day) for 4 weeks lowered circulating estradiol (E2) levels by roughly 1/3rd and enhanced the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone and testosterone

by approximately the same amount (1/3rd each)(6). Basically, we´re looking at pretty decent reductions in both aromatization, as well as reduction in total estrogen floating around your body. So far, we have seen that, in different studies it has been shown to increase LH as well as FSH, respectively, and in addition it raises testosterone levels and lowers estrogen levels in all of the studies we´ve examined. Raising FSH, LH, and testosterone while lowering estrogen is a pretty good deal considering most steroids lower endogenous (natural) production of the first three, and raise estrogen.

The uses

be stacked or alternated with clenbuterol. It is difficult to provide a quantitative estimate of risk for any drug but on a scale of risk in relation to other non-medical and unsanctioned drug use, the use of insulin in this manner would rank towards the higher end of the scale. The fact that the IGF-1 produced by the muscle of these mice did not reach the blood stream is interesting. Systemic injections of IGF-1 have not been successful in inducing this kind of anabolic effect in humans. In addition, IGF-1 produced by the liver is genetically different than that produced by

muscle tissue. It could be that providing additional DNA for the muscle to produce it’s own IGF-1 is the key to achieving anabolic and rejuvenative effects specifically in skeletal muscle.

Accutane is a powerful drug used in the treatment of acne. Four to five months of isotretinoin treatment usually leads to clearing of acne for one year or more after the medicine is

stopped. Most other acne-controlling medicines are antibacterial agents, which are effective only if the medicine is used daily.Isotretinoin has significant side effects: (percentages are the ratio of people who received the side-effect) Chapped lips 90%, dry skin and itching 80% - the use of daily alpha hydroxacids will help prevent this side effect. Dryness of nose, mild nosebleed 80%, Irritation of the eyelids and eyes 40% - Vitamin E 400 IU each day may lessen this side effect. Joint and muscle pains 15%, Temporary hair thinning 10%, Rash 7%, Intestinal symptoms 5%, Urinary symptoms 5%, Headache 5%, Increased sensitivity

to sunburn 5%, Decreased night vision <1%, Depression, thoughts of suicide <1% Isotretinoin may increase the level of blood fats, sometimes to risky levels. Occasionally it may affect the liver. That's why regular blood tests are necessary when you are taking isotretinoin; these tests must be done when you have fasted for 12 hours (no breakfast), so that the blood fat determinations are reliable. A baseline blood chemistry test is established before patients start isotretinoin.

Deca is not known as a very "fast" builder. The muscle building effect of this drug is quite noticeable, but not dramatic.

The slow onset and mild properties of this steroid therefore make it more suited for cycles with a longer duration. In general one can expect to gain muscle weight at about half the rate of that with an equal amount of testosterone. A cycle lasting eight to twelve weeks seems to make the most sense, expecting to elicit a slow, even gain of quality mass. Although active in the body for much longer, Deca is usually injected once or twice per week. The dosage for men is usually in the range of 300-600mg/week. If looking to be specific, it is believed that Deca will exhibit its optimal effect (best gain/side effect ratio)

at around 2mg per pound of lean bodyweight/weekly. Deca is also a popular steroid among female bodybuilders. They take a much lower dosage on average than men of course, usually around 50mg weekly.

Trenbolone is a steroid having the advantages of undergoing no adverse metabolism, not being affected by aromatase or 5alpha-reductase; of being very potent Class I steroid binding well to the androgen receptor; and having a short half life, probably no more than a day or two though I don't believe this has been measured. Fifty milligrams per day of Trenbolone is a good dosing for someone on his first cycle or someone

who is as yet less than, say, 20 pounds over his natural limit; while 100 mg/day may be preferred by the more advanced user who has already gained more than this. These doses are assuming that trenbolone is the only Class I steroid being use. There really is no need to stack another - testosterone being the only sensible exception - but if another is stacked then the amount of trenbolone may be reduced accordingly.

Most athletes inject Danabolan at least twice a week; some bodybuilders inject 1-2 ampules per day during the last three to four weeks be-fore a competition. Normally a dosage of 228 mg/week is used, corresponding

to a weekly amount of three ampules. It is our experience that good results can be achieved by injecting a 76 mg ampule every 2-3 days. Danabolan combined with Winstrol Depot works especially well and gives the athlete a distinct gain in solid and high quality muscles together with an enormous strength gain. A very effective stack is 76 mg Danabolan every 2 days combined with 50 mg Winstrol every 2 days. Athletes who are interested in a fast mass gain often also use 30 mg Dianabol/day while those who are more interested in quality and strength like to add 25 mg+ Oxandrolone/ day. Probably the most effective Danabolan

combination consists of 228 mg Danabolan/week, 200 mg Winstrol Depot/week, and 40-50 mg Oral-Turinabol/day and usually results in a drastic gain in high quality muscle mass together with a gigantic strength gain. Danabolan also seems to bring extraordinarily good results when used in combination with growth hormones.

As an aromatase inhibitor, Arimidex's mechanism of action — blocking conversion of aromatizable steroids to estrogen — is in contrast to the mechanism of action of anti-estrogens such as clomiphene (Clomid ®) or tamoxifen

(Nolvadex ®), which block estrogen receptors in some tissues, and activate estrogen receptors in others. During a cycle, if using Arimidex, there is generally no need to use Clomid as well, but (as mentioned in the section on Clomid) there may still be benefits to doing so.

Clenbuterol works very effectively as a fat burner. It does this by slightly increasing the body temperature. The rise is not usually dramatic, a half of a degree, sometimes a little more but rarely more than one degree. This elevation is due to the body will burn excess energy (largely from fat) and is usually not uncomfortable.
