Deca seems to be the most popular, probably because of its extremely

mild androgenic nature. But Deca being one of the highest risks for just about every other side-effects, I probably wouldn't advise it. If Deca is used, generally a dose of 200-400 mg is added to 500-750 mg of testosterone per week. Primobolan is sometimes opted for, and can be handy since it doesn't aromatize, which will make the total level of water retention and fat gain a lot less than with more test or with Deca for example. Unfortunately, its mild nature combined with a lack of estrogen make Primobolan a very poor mass builder. Again, doses of 300-400 mg are used. I would actually suggest a higher dose, but with the current

prices for Primo I don't think it would be very popular. My personal preference goes out to Equipoise. Androgenically its not that much stronger than Deca because it has next to no affinity for the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme and is only half as androgenic as testosterone. Its twice as strong as Deca, mg for mg, and has a lower occurrence of side-effects. It has some estrogen, but not a whole lot so it actually tends to lean a person out rather than bloat him up as Deca will. It also increases appetite, which promotes gains, and improves aerobic performance, which may be wishful as testosterone normally has an opposite

effect.

Clenbuterol is a widely used bronchodilator in many parts of the world. It is most often prepared in 20mcg tablets (see: Spiropent), but Clenbuterol is also available in syrup and injectable form (see: Spasmobronchal). This drug belongs to a broad group of drugs knows as sympathomimetics. Clenbuterol affect that sympathetic nervous system in a wide number of ways, largely mediated by the distribution of adrenoceptors.

For athletes a disadvantage of tamoxifen is that it can weaken the anabolic effect of some steroids. The reason is that Nolvadex C&K reduces the estrogen level. The fact is, however, that certain steroids, especially

the various testosterone compounds, can only achieve their full effect if the estrogen level is sufficiently high. Athletes who predominantly use mild steroids such as Primobolan, Winstrol, Oxandrolone, and Deca-Durabolin should carefully consider whether or not they should take Nolvadex C&K since, due to the compound's already moderate anabolic effect, an additional loss of effect could take place, leading to unsatisfying results.

The common use is similar to that of Nandrolone. 300-400 mg a week, in conjunction with other steroids mostly. Some attempt to make up for the lack of potency switching from nandrolone

or boldenone to methenolone by using higher doses, in the neighbourhood of 600-800 mg a week. At that point I feel it would be cheaper to opt for boldenone at 300-400 mg a week though. Methenolone makes a poor stacking partner in mass stacks as both Deca and EQ provide better results while they are qualitatively similar. There is a slight merit in stacking Methenolone with boldenone, because apart from its 1-methyl group, methenolone is basically DHB, the 5-alpha-reduced form of boldenone. But since boldenone itself has very low affinity for 5-alpha-reduction, it should have a good synergistic effect stacking the two at

300 mg/week each.

The third reason which speaks well for an intake of Oxandrolone is that even in a very high dosage this compound does not influence the body's own testosterone production. To make this clear: Oxandrolone does not suppress the body's own hormone production. The reason is that it does not have a negative feedback mechanism on the hypothalamohypophysial testicular axis, meaning that during the intake of Oxandrolone, unlike during the intake of most anabolic steroids, the testes signal the hypothalamus not to reduce or to stop the release of GnRH (gonadotropin releasing hormone) and LHRH (luteinizing

hormon releasing hormone). This special feature of Oxandrolone can be explained by the fact that the substance is not converted into.

The comparisons to the current drugs used for dieting are astounding, at least in terms of thermogenesis. While the ECA stack has been shown to provide approximately a 3% increase in metabolic rate, DNP can deliver a relatively controlled 50% elevation in resting metabolic rate. antiaromatase in the body, preventing or slowing the conversion of steroids into estrogen. The result is somewhat comparable to Arimidex© (though less profound), the drug acting to prevent the buildup of estrogen in the body. This is in contrast to Nolvadex©, which only blocks the ability of estrogen to bind and activate receptors in certain tissues. The anti-aromatization effect is preferred, as it is a more direct and efficient means of dealing with the problem of estrogenic side effects. A related disadvantage to Nolvadex© is that if discontinued too early, a rebound effect may occur as high serum estrogen levels are

again free to take action. This of course could mean a rapid onset of side effects such as gynecomastia and water retention. Most athletes actually prefer to use both Proviron© and Nolvadex©, especially during strongly estrogenic cycles. With each item attacking estrogen at a different angle, side effects are often greatly minimized.

You will say that this sounds just wonderful. What is the problem, however since there are still some who argue that STH offers nothing to athletes? There are, by all means, several athletes who have tried STH and who were sadly disappointed by its results. However, as with many things in

life, there is a logical explanation or perhaps even more than one:

The typical dosage for men is one to four 25 mg per tablets per day. This is a

sufficient amount to prevent gynecomastia, the drug often used throughout the duration of a strong cycle. As mentioned earlier, it is often combined with Nolvadex© (tamoxifen citrate) or Clomid© (clomiphene citrate) when heavily estrogenic steroids are being taken (Dianabol, testosterone etc.). Rivotril® (Clonazepam) is a benzodiazepine primarily used in the treatment of seizure and anxiety disorders. This drug may also be used to treat movement disorders, Restless Leg Syndrome, relieve trigeminal neuralgia, atypical, akinetic, myoclonic, or absence seizures, etc. The precise mechanism by which clonazepam exerts its antiseizure and antipanic effects is unknown, although it is believed to be related to its ability to enhance the activity of GABA. Clonazepam was approved by the FDA in 1975 and it is also one of the top 200 drugs prescribed in the United States.

The side effects of Sustanon are similar to those

of Testosterone enanthate (see also Testosterone enanthate) only that they are usually less frequent and less severe.

The anti-estrogenic properties of Proviron© are not unique to this compound. A number of steroids have in fact demonstrated similar activity. Dihydrotestosterone and Masteron (2methyl-dihydrotestosterone) for example have been successfully used as therapies for gynecomastia and breast cancer due to their strong anti-estrogenic effect. It has been suggested that nandrolone may even lower aromatase activity in peripheral tissues where it is more resistant to estrogen conversion (the most active site

of nandrolone aromatization seems to be the liver). The antiestrogenic effect of all of these compounds is presumably caused by their ability to compete with other substrates for binding to the aromatase enzyme. With the aromatase enzyme bound to the steroid, yet being unable to alter it, and inhibiting effect is achieved as it is temporarily blocked from interacting with other hormones.

longer the half-life. This particular carbonate could be most closely compared with an enanthate ester; the half-life is probably a little less than week.

It should be used for no more than 2 weeks at a time because it also raises a male's natural production of estrogen (and we don't want any gyno now do we?). For that reason take some Nolvadex with it also.

Since Restandol (Andriol) is quickly eliminated by the body it should also be considered for use before competitions requiring doping tests. Women should avoid Restandol (Andriol) since the androgenic component common with testosterone is also strongly developed

in this compound. Restandol (Andriol) intake can occasionally lead to high blood pressure, retention of fluids, acne, sexual over stimulation, and, in women, the well known virilization symptoms.

Proviron (Mesterolone), an anabolic steroid, is particularly interesting. I suspect that it not only acts as an antiaromatase but in an unknown DHT-like anti-estrogenic manner. This might involve estrogen receptor downregulation for example. In any case, aromatase inhibition and/or Clomid don’t seem to give the same effect on appearance and muscle hardness as when Proviron is included.

The usual dosage would be

in the range of 250mg-750mg.

Danabol / Dianabol is an orally applicable steroid with a great effect on the protein metabolism. Danabol / Dianabol has a very strong anabolic and androgenic effect giving a great buildup of strength and muscle mass in its users.

There are also suggestions of using clenbuterol in a two week on, two week off pattern, which makes sense when taking the characteristics, especially the long 35 hour half-time, of the compound in consideration. Tapering is not needed but can be suitable for some in order to avoid a possible "crash" period.

Winstrol / Stanozolol

Most of the

adverse effects associated with diazepam therapy are dose-dependent and CNS-related including headache, drowsiness, ataxia, dizziness, confusion, depression, syncope, fatigue, tremor, and vertigo. CNS stimulation occurs in as many as 10% of patients and is of particular significance in psychiatric patients and hyperactive children. This paradoxical effect is possibly due to release of previously inhibited responses. Symptoms of CNS stimulation include nightmares, talkativeness, excitement, mania, tremor, insomnia, anxiety, restlessness, euphoria, acute rage reactions, and hyperactivity. Benzodiazepine therapy usually should

be discontinued if signs of CNS stimulation occur.

Since testosterone is the primary male androgen, we should also expect to see pronounced androgenic side effects with this drug. Much intensity is related to the rate in which the body converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). This, as you know, is the devious metabolite responsible for the high prominence of androgenic side effects associated with testosterone use. This includes the development of oily skin, acne, body/facial hair growth and male pattern balding. Those worried that they may have a genetic predisposition

toward male pattern baldness may wish to avoid testosterone altogether. Others opt to add the ancillary drug Propecia? which is a relatively new compound that prevents the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone. This can greatly reduce the chance for running into a hair loss problem, and will probably lower the intensity of other androgenic side effects.

Ephedrine is similar in structure to amphetamines, because of this. It mimics some of the effects of "speed" such as dampening the appetite and raising blood pressure. It Is however, much weaker

and far less toxic than amphetamines (although It is banned as a stimulant by most athletic organizatlons). The effect of ephedrine Is called a "futile energy cycle." Ephedrine stimulates the conversion of thyroid into Its most active form. T-3 in peripheral tissue. This stimulates the metabolism and burns up calories quicker. Caffeine and aspirin stimulate the thermogenic effects of ephedrine. In fact It has recently become quite commonplace for pre-contest bodybullders to forgo the use of dangerous thyroid drugs and instead use a combination of ephedrine, aspirin and caffeine for cutting up. A usual dose for

fat loss has been in the area of 100 mg caffeine. 50 mg ephedrine and one aspirin tablet, three times dally. I've seen athletes get totally shredded on this stack without losing any muscle! Recent studies on humans found that combining ephedrine with caffeine and aspirin enhances calorie-dissipating. Caffeine and aspirin are thought to help by suppressing agents that would normally further block release of norepinephrine. The long term effects of combining these three OTC drugs Is largely untested though. While It appears they are safe, in large dosages they could be dangerous, particularly the ephedrine.

In many instances this item is obtained via mail order, and here can sell for less than .50 per tab. This drug is packaged in both push-through strips and small glass vials, so do not let this alarm you. There is currently no need to worry about authenticity with this drug, as no counterfeits are known to exist. If money and availability does not prevent it, Arimidex© is actually a much better choice than Provironum© though. This drug was designed specifically as an antiaromatase, and works

much more effectively than anything else we have available. Since this item is extremely expensive however, Nolvadex© and Provironum© will no doubt remain to be the "standard" antiestrogen regimen among athletes.

One needs to be familiar with a host of other compounds when using long-acting testosterone esters however. First of all, anti-estrogens. The rate of aromatization of testosterone is quite great, so water retention and fat gain are a fact and gyno is never far off. If problems occur one is best to start on 20 mg of Nolvadex per day and stay on that until problems subside. I wouldn't stay on it for a whole

cycle, as it may reduce the gains. In terms of an aromatase blocker, testosterone is one of the few compounds where Proviron may actually be preferred over arimidex. The proviron will not only reduce estrogen and can be used for extended time on a testosterone cycle, it will also bind with great affinity to sex-hormone binding proteins in the blood and will allow for a higher level of free testosterone in the body, thus improving gains. Usually 50-100 mg will suffice, the lower end is preferred for maximal results since estrogen plays a key role in gains, but those more worried about estrogen should opt for a higher dose.
