PRODUCTS DELIVERY
10. We usually ship in soft toys, video cassettes, dolls. We wrap items in carbon photo paper. Xray will not penetrate.

11. We will deliver the ordered goods to the i given by you at the time you have made your order.

12.We have two shipping methods: via regular airmail - $19, and Express - $49. Estimated delivery time for our regular airmail shipment is: maximum 7 days within USA, and 9-12 days for Europe, for Express - one business day. Nor can we be responsible for delivery delays caused by holidays, or by the mail service in charge of the delivery. Any dates that we give you for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, by the Postal Service.or expenses caused by any delay in delivering of the goods to you, unless caused by our negligence.

14. With customs we have 99.9% success to USA, 99.5% success to Canada and Europe and 97% to South Africa. Even if products get seized ( 1% possibility based on our statistics through years), we cover 100% of the loss.

15. If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be misdelivered and/or returned to sender.
